The truth is, our Nutritionists have noticed a trend… Cookbooks simply collect dust, and most people fail at following Paleo meal plans. Why? The recipes are too damn complicated! Period. Huge lists of odd ingredients, 20-minute "prep time,” plus 20-minute “cook time,” and ridiculous instructions like “a pinch of lemon zest,” blah blah blah. Does anyone have really have time for that?!
Enter, The Perfect Paleo Palette! We’ve created this portion of the website to help you remove all the nonsense! We’ll bring you simple, straightforward, time-saving recipes that will fit into even the busiest of schedules. On top of that, we’ll give you advice on how to portion these recipes for optimal human health and performance.
Truth be told, there are some Paleo foods that you can eat as much as you want of, without any consequences. (example: leafy green vegetables) However, tons of Paleo-friendly foods will cause serious problems when eaten in excess (example: fruit. It’s candy. Toxic candy, I tell ya!)
For that reason, when we do throw in some fun dessert ideas or carbohydrate-rich Paleo meals, we will be sure to let you know to enjoy them in moderation. On the flip side, when we give you a low-carb recipe full of beneficial superfoods, we will let you know that you can load up on that particular dish without worrying about your waistline!
